When we spot your KUBE kitchen out in the wild, we might ask to share it. Real kitchens, real homes, way more useful than another studio shoot. 

Photos mainly go on the matching product page on our website, so other customers can see the kitchen doing it's job in someone's actual home. Sometimes we'll use them elsewhere too, think Instagram, Facebook, our newsletter, or in one of our showrooms. 

Tag your photo #myKUBEkitchen and here's what you're agreeing to:

You're giving KUBE kitchens a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use your photo (the 'photo') across our marketing and advertising. That covers our website gallery, newsletters, social media, email, other customer comms, showroom materials, and other marketing purposes, free of charge. 

By using the hashtag, you're confirming:

1. It's your photo, and you own the rights to it. 
2. Anyone in the shot has given you the green light to pass on these rights. 
3. Us using it won't step on anyone else's rights or break any law.

No payment changes hands for use of the photo or any intellectual property tied to it. You're releasing KUBE Kitchens and anyone acting on our behalf from any claims, liability, or damages connected to using the photo as described above.
