Designed to be the centrepiece of the Leigh on Sea showroom, this kitchen is on point overflowing with contemporary design innovations. The materials used in creating this kitchen all have a palpable aspect which brings a new sensory dimension to the home. The combination of high-quality, genuine materials conveys a luxurious quality. The Kube Portland door, a hand- finished, real cement surface in Anthracite Grey, offers a unique tactile experience that radiates strength and reliability. Finely grained real wood fronts, on the island and wall-units, offset the modern appearance providing a homely atmosphere for an all-day kitchen that would quickly become the centre of life in the home. The use of marble effect quartz in two different colours creates an added layer detail on the work surfaces. We used Ceaserstone Quartz in Piatra Grey on the island. The island is custom-designed with a cutout that can be used as a fresh herb garden. Alternatively, fill it with ice and champagne for a stunning soirée showstopper. The prep and cleanup area is set to the back of the kitchen, keeping clutter from view. Caesarstone in Empira White Quartz is used in the prep area, maintaining a bright space for tasks. The Duality of the worksurfaces is such that the grain in each matches the predominant colour of the other. The Appliances we selected for this kitchen reflect the quality of lifestyle we strive to achieve for our customers. The ovens, by De Dietrich, include a combi-oven with built-in microwave and a warming drawer. A Bora Classic 2.0 two ring induction hob with stainless steel teppanyaki grill is flush-mounted into the island. The integrated downdraft extraction in the hob keeps the room free of steam and cooking odours without the need for a bulky overhead fan. By utilising built-in extraction, we can open up both lines of sight in the kitchen and design possibilities not available when an overhead extraction unit is required. The kitchen is complete with an integrated dishwasher, larder fridge & larder freezer from Siemens. Kube emotion lighting runs throughout allowing control over the brightness and colour temperature of the room at the touch of a button.
