Designed to be the centrepiece of the Leigh on Sea showroom, this kitchen is on point overflowing with contemporary design innovations. The combination of high-quality, genuine materials conveys a luxurious quality. The Kube Portland door, a hand-finished, real cement surface in Anthracite Grey, offers a unique tactile experience that radiates strength and reliability. Finely grained real wood fronts, on the island and wall-units, offset the modern appearance providing a homely atmosphere for an all-day kitchen that would quickly become the centre of life in the home. We used Ceaserstone Quartz in Piatra Grey on the island. Caesarstone in Empira White Quartz is used in the prep area, maintaining a bright space for tasks.
For an elegant example of controlled design look no further. From storage, to prep, to cooking, to cleaning, and back to storage again, everything flows naturally. It’s like having your own personal assistant – the kitchen itself! But kitchens are spaces for entertaining, not just preparing meals in. For impact we use handleless units at the front, exhibiting a style that gracefully transitions into the dining area. Naturally textured materials are blended in an inspired coming together of steel, granite and marble. We pair hand-crafted, oxidised steel doors with Bondi carbon grey. Subtle lighting options allow you to fine-tune the atmosphere as you prefer. And at the rear, discreetly tucked away, the cleaning area allows you to clear away without so much as a pause in the conversation.
The combination of Steel and Walnut in this beautiful kitchen creates a warmth and elegance that is equal parts contemporary, warm and homely. To create door fronts with the incomparable look of distressed steel, the metal is sprayed on, worked by hand and then lacquered to a matt finish. The result is a natural and beautiful look with a surface pleasant to the touch. The combination of a metallic, patinated surface accented with natural walnut creates a statement kitchen with an atmosphere for everyday living.
